Is it safe to purchase on your website?

We care about your privacy and safety, so all transactions are done encrypted via Easypay to ensure safety and reliability. Multibanco (ATM - Portugal Only) and Credit Card Payments can be used safely.


What is the price and payment policy?

The prices are subject to change without prior notice. Depending on your delivery country, the prices may already include taxes.

Also, our prices don't include importing customs duties that may be required to be paid outside of European Union.

We accept different payment methods: MB (ATM – Portugal Only), Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


Regarding package shipment, how will it be processed?

All the orders at our site will be sent using DHL or Fedex services, depending of the option you choose at checkout.

After shipping your order, we keep an eye on the delivery status and also we have a strong know-how about how to handle packaging. Also, the product is very well conditioned with our unique recyclable and impact resistant packaging.


How much time until i receive the products?

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, but for some orders the delivery time may reach around 30 days, since Miranda highly customizes its products and some may need to be manufactured in our production lines according to non-standard, special requirements or specifications.

We analyze all orders as soon as they are placed and if we see that the delivery time may exceed more than usual, we will inform you promptly.



The warranty period applies from the date of purchase and is valid for 2 years. The liability of MIRANDA is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty with a same model or a superior one. Warranty is also invalidated if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs.
